Great seafood, very flavorful and fresh. Came right on time to get the shuck for "Buck-a-shuck" and we're gladly surprised by the freshness of it. Our server Angeliza was great, so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back to try other dishes.
We’re on our way to the Blakebrook Getaway. This restaurant is amazing! Tasty tuna appetizer with an Asian fusion twist, definitely worth a try. Fresh and huge portions lobster roll with great price. Mussels were sautéed perfectly with crunchy bread sticks to dip the sauce, which is the best I’ve tried. Overall great dining experience, will come again!
I am happy I insisted to my best friend we made a stop over to this place. The lobster roll was Aaaamazing! The staff are very thorough. We had an amazing lunch last weekend. I highly recommend this place.
Yummy lobster rolls! Good portion although I did order the same thing 3 days in a row. Esch time the lobster tasted different. One day it was a lot saltier but not overwhelming. Another had a lot of mayo. I get a side of rice instead of fries. Fries were good but I wanted to try the other sides. Friendly service. Can not take out before 2pm 😊 but I was able to order a head. Always crowded but I would recommend.
My visiting MIchigan cousin needed a delish lobster roll & of course, Hooked was the place to go. It was delish & the roll plumply filled...enjoyed outside seating, & server was lovely. All very appreciated to make for a great visit... thanks to all staff!
You HAVE to try this place! Our anniversary dinner was flawless. Absolutely delicious apps (coconut shrimp and artichoke/sgrimp/crab dip), generous and full of taste entrees and service/ambience- just great. Keep up the good work!
Not only fantastic food and service, but great prices! Got the lobster roll and can easily say it was one of the best i’ve ever had. Definitely worth a visit, but call to make a reservation beforehand
I LOOOOVE this hole in the wall bar and restaurant. The happy hour is wonderful for the oysters. My bartender gave great service. Everyone seemed to know each other so there was a huge family feel to it. The bathrooms were clean as hell and I truly cannot wait to come back to town again and visit.
Fabulous meal, fabulous restaurant, got seated quickly and greatly enjoyed our meals. About the only ding on the place in my opinion was their payment system pressuring me for a minimum of 18% tip, rather than showing me an option for 15%. Your machine added that tip into the total shown while calculating tip, which makes it harder to do the math to tip what I want to tip. The service was good and they got more than that 18%, but I'm getting really sick of the credit card system ratcheting up the baseline as if mediocre service should now get 18% or 20% and exemplary service no more than 22% or 25% depending on configuration. Here's an idea, let me enter my percentage and push a button to round up to the next dollar so I don't have to do the math every time and don't feel like you're trying to manipulate me. Your team will generally get more if I don't feel manipulated, and they deserved it on this visit.
Very friendly service and I think owner was helping the staff with different activities. Overall Good food but not wow… the oysters were from Connecticut, extremely small, not l very well cleaned and sand could be feel. The cioppino was ok with same kind of concern: clams, mussels, and scallops need a lit more attention to be cleaned well before cooking because of the sand which could ruin the food
